For your convenience, and to assure prompt attention, we schedule
visits on an appointment basis. The frequency and length of
those appointments vary depending on the particular treatment
needed that day. There will be specific
types
of appointments that may require scheduling in the middle of the
day. We will work hard to accommodate you scheduling needs.
We ask that should you need to reschedule an
appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. This
courtesy allows another patient to take advantage of that
available appointment time.
As a helpful reminder, we utilize an
automated appointment reminder system
called
house calls. You will
receive a phone reminder the night before your appointment to
remind you of the time and location of the appointment.
